  • Engage Boston youth (15 - 18 years old) interested in exploring careers on public lands and helping us explore best practices for school year youth engagement programs. Fellows will:

o   Actively discover stories of Boston communities working together to protect people and resources amid changing harbor landscape.
o   Consider what their role might be in the ongoing work of shaping the Boston Harbor, now and into the future.

·        The fellowship consists of 5 weekend excursions from March - May.
Upon completion of the program each fellow will receive a $600 honorarium award.

Two positions:   FIELD TEAM MEMBER (10 spots available)   AGE: 15-18    DESCRIPTION: Introductory field experience engaging young people in landscape stewardship. Activities are hands-on, outside, and can include gardening, trail maintenance, constructing walkways and pathways, and tree climbing. Students work at a variety of parks.
