GRLZ Radio (February Vacation - UNPAID) – Deadline: Friday February 14th



GRLZ Radio is excited to host another session of G.R.I.T. (GRLZ Radio Intensive Training) during February vacation program for girls ages 10-13 only! During this week-long intensive, girls will gain leadership, public speaking, teamwork, and creative writing skills, as they are trained by radio and music professionals, to host and produce their own radio shows!  At the end of this fun-filled week, girls will have completed 4-7 quality radio shows that can be enjoyed live on our website or later via Soundcloud account.

The February vacation program will run from a mandatory orientation day Monday 2/18 - Friday 2/22 – 10:00 am to 5:00 pm every day except orientation day.  The cost to attend this program is $50/ child. Scholarships are available on a first come, first serve basis. If you would like to a scholarship, email me for the process on how to do so. This pricing includes:



·        Breakfast, Lunch, and Snacks for each day
·        Radio production, engineering, and hosting experience
·        GRLZ Radio T-Shirt
·        Certificate of Completion at a small awards ceremony
